All Players are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. 7vvv will not process withdrawals for accounts that have not completed required KYC verification.
5.1 All deposits and transactions on the 7vvv Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 7vvv does not apply currency conversion charges, and no exchange rate margin will be applied to your deposit amounts.

8.3 In the event of a technical error that results in a Wager being accepted at incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions, 7vvv reserves the right to void the relevant Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
8.4 Sporting event outcomes are determined by official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic PSL and national team matches, or the relevant international cricket authority for ICC events). Where official results are not published, 7vvv will use its reasonable judgement to determine the outcome based on verifiable information.
8.5 Casino game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG systems. 7vvv does not have the ability to manipulate casino game outcomes, and all such outcomes are independently audited.
8.6 7vvv reserves the right to suspend any market or game, reject any Wager, or cancel any accepted Wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe that integrity has been or may be compromised.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7vvv Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

10.1 All content on the 7vvv Platform, including but not limited to the 7vvv name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all associated trademarks and service marks, is the exclusive property of 7vvv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

13.2 7vvv's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 7vvv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7vvv will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uninterrupted service.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7vvv's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
